Elise FeldmanElise Feldman, CPC, AIF® is President of Feldman Benefit Services, Inc. She is active in many professional and community organizations including the Small Business Council of America, Vistage, American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries, Financial Planning Association, Financial Women’s Association of New York, and various charitable organizations.  She has received awards for being a mentor of the Small Business Administration’s Women’s Network Entrepreneurial Training Program and the recipient of the Woman of Distinction award for the Jewish Federation of Greater Monmouth County.

Ms. Feldman speaks frequently to financial professionals and business owners on retirement planning, Employee Benefit programs, compensation techniques, entrepreneurship and leadership and is a lecturer for the insurance industry schools for continuing education credits. 

Elise holds professional credentials from the American Society for Pension Professionals and Actuaries.

Patricia J. CongerPatricia J. Conger, FSA, EA, MAAA is the Chief Actuary of Feldman Benefit Services, Inc. Prior to joining Feldman Benefit Services, Inc., Pat was President of her firm, Conger Consulting Corporation, and previously was a Senior Manager at KPMG – Peat Marwick, with earlier experience at Buck Consulting and Coopers & Lybrand.

Pat’s technical experience encompasses all aspects of Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Plans, as well as the valuation of Post-Employment benefits, detailed knowledge of regulations and a natural ability to explain technical concepts to clients and advisors.

Pat holds professional credentials as a fellow in the Society of Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary, and member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

Sharon F. BirnbaumSharon F. Birnbaum, PHR is Vice President of Feldman Benefit Services, Inc. Her experience encompasses operations management, human resources consulting and employee education and training.

She has developed and delivered Sexual Harassment Training Programs, Communication Skills Workshops, Employee Handbooks, Employee Selection and Training Programs as well as assisted companies with practical solutions to employee issues.

She has also been a guest lecturer for the Greater Newark Society of Financial Service Professionals and The George H. Heyman, Jr. Center for Philanthropy and Fundraising School of Continuing and Professional Studies at New York University.   Sharon holds professional credentials from the Society of Human Resources Management.
