  1. Our Consultative Process
An initial meeting provides the opportunity for us to understand clients’ goals, objectives, the Company structure, employee demographics and contribution budget.

Our clients and their advisors also have the opportunity to learn about our credentials, the efficiencies of our administrative process, and plan options and recommendations for plan design.  We continually work with clients to be sure the plan(s) continue(s) to meet their goals and stay in compliance.

Financial quality of life at retirement is a paramount concern for business owners and their employees.  The benefit programs we design are sustained based on each client’s respective needs, with understanding of the changing dynamics and generational concerns.  Elise Feldman and our staff focus on industry, economic and environmental trends and indicators.  These are shared with our clients to enable them to meet the changing times.
