    An initial meeting provides the opportunity for us to understand clients’ goals, objectives, the Company structure, employee demographics and contribution budget.

    Our clients and their advisors also have the opportunity to learn about our credentials, the efficiencies of our administrative process, and plan options and recommendations for plan design.  We continually work with clients to be sure the plan(s) continue(s) to meet their goals and stay in compliance.

  1. Plan Implementation
    From documentation to employee enrollment, FELDMAN BENEFIT SERVICES, INC. oversees that the plan documentation is in full compliance of the laws; and that the Trustees, as well as Employees and Staff understand how the plan will work for them.

    Following agreement on the plan design, FELDMAN BENEFIT SERVICES, INC. assists clients, their advisors, employees and payroll department in the plan implementation.  This includes the documentation, enrollment, investment account setup, and payroll program inclusion.

  2. Annual Administration of Plans
    1. The Annual Administration process includes:
      • Data collection and processing
      • Calculation of participant eligibility
      • Computation of Annual Contributions and Benefits
      • Compliance tests (top heavy, ADP/ACP, etc.)
      • Trustee and participant reports
      • Government Reporting Forms ( IRS & PBGC)
      • Reimbursement Handling for Section 125 and Section 132(f) plans
      • Enrollment materials
      • Packages for distribution of benefit
      • Loan Processing, Plan Terminations, Audits
    2. Annually, FELDMAN BENEFIT SERVICES, INC. provides the administration work required by the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Labor, and the Pension Benefit Guarantee Corporation.  At retirement or when termination dates approach, FELDMAN BENEFIT SERVICES, INC. provides the necessary distribution paperwork.
